  • Knitting Machines: Warranty terms are specified in the machine contract and cover manufacturing defects.
  • Aisunny is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products only.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges require prior authorization from Aisunny.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Customized or OEM products are non-returnable unless defective.
