Refund and Returns Policy

At Aisunny, we strive to ensure that every order for knitting machine needles, spare parts, and circular knitting machines meets the highest quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Knitting Needles & Spare Parts:
    • Defective or damaged items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the sales invoice or order confirmation.
    • Customized or OEM products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Knitting Machines:
    • Returns are generally not accepted for large machinery, except in cases of factory defects or shipping damage.
    • Any claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
    • Machines must remain in the original packaging until inspected by our technical team.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • If you find any defect or damage, contact our support team with:
    • Photos of the product
    • Order number and delivery details
    • Description of the issue

Our team will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for replacement or refund.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Aisunny Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  3. Include all documents (invoice, RA number, packing list).
  4. Ship the item to the designated return address provided by Aisunny.

Note: Returns sent without RA authorization may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days after the return is received.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an Aisunny error.

5. Exchanges

  • Defective items may be exchanged for the same product.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • For machine components or full machines, exchanges may involve additional shipping or handling costs.
